Do I need to be in shape to reap the benefits of Yoga? We welcome beginners – our classes are open to all levels. We encourage beginners to pace themselves and trust their own bodies. In time you’ll build strength, focus, stamina and flexibility. Your first few classes may be difficult.
In what way will my mind or spirit be affected by using my body in this practice? This method integrates breath work, meditation in motion and detoxification to increase strength, fitness, physical and emotional freedom to explore underlying issues, belief systems and core values. Your experiences on the mat reflect your life and be used to empower yourself in finding true health and deeper spiritual connection, every day, one day at a time.
How do you believe this practice would benefit me in the area of stress management? The Baptiste process leads to dynamic personal growth, transformation and the clarity needed to achieve and maintain a full, meaningful and balanced life. Following your first class, you’ll leave the studio with a great sense of peace. The little things that bothered you or drove you crazy will no longer affect you.
