Basics: Our standard 60 minute flow class with emphasis on the foundational postures, deepening the student's knowledge of alignment and physical condition (blocks, straps and other props provided.)
All Levels: This 60 minute flowing form of yoga will help you clarify, relax, focus and concentrate. All levels are accommodated in this vigorous and challenging class.
Community Classes: Classes are priced at 1/2 of the regular drop in fee. Bring the whole family (10 and older welcome with a parent.) This is a standard 60 minute flow class.
Beginners Power Yoga: If you are new to yoga or just want a chance to slow down and focus on alignment, this is the class for you. The pace of the vinyasa flow will be slower, with time to learn safe alignment, with an emphasis on building the strength and flexibility necessary to help you in your personal yoga journey. All are welcome no matter what your yoga experience.
Hour of Power: This 60 minute class will take you to your edge! It’s not always about physical difficulty, but the degree of quietness, gentleness and sensitivity. Make it powerful by honoring what you’re feeling and experiencing.
Gentle Yoga: A softer, more meditative flow that focuses on working deep into the connective tissue. This hour long class will consist of gentle vinyasa movements and long, slow, deep holds. Gentle yoga uses the yin approach to the practice that perfectly complements the yang vinyasa of the power classes.
