Deborah, E-R.Y.T., B.A., B.S., IDEA Master PFT, Certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher and National Fitness Champion is a long-time practitioner of Hatha Yoga, trained in the Baptiste, Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga systems, has presented over 100 topics and workshops in diverse industries to groups of travel & tourism, health & medical, recreation & fitness, salon & spa, hospitality, education and manufacturing professionals throughout the Midwest.
Deborah instinctively connects to people in a way that is motivating and awakening leading to a deeper understanding of themselves and creating a more personal connection with their world. Deborah has a reputation as a nurturing, compassionate teacher with an offbeat and playful style. She has been coaching, teaching and training for over 20 years.
