Our short answer - any class that fits your schedule!
Our long answer - it may take a few classes to become aware of your body and how to move in the poses. Just like riding a bike - it takes time! and practice, practice, practice!

Yoga incorporates challenging active postures followed by passive restorative postures. The focus a practice that links awareness to breathe, alignment, and inner wisdom.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga is a great place to take a moment to relax, renew and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. This class the lights are kept low, gentle music plays, and you relax in each pose. Most classes will include yoga poses, breathing and meditation. No yoga experience is necessary to join this class, in fact this is a great place for beginners to start!

You'll use lightly weighted drumsticks (aka Ripstix) to drum to the beat of the music. You'll burn anywhere from 500-900 calories and perform over 15,000 reps!

PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout!
